My purpose is to help people become everyone's favourite leader.

Less than 50% of employees view their company's leadership as high quality - do you want to avoid  being one of "those" leaders? Of course you do and I am here to help.

I'm an executive coach, trainer and teacher and leverage my 35 years of experience leading  in the aerospace, logistic and education sectors in private or corporate training as well as in higher education .  Whatever your experience level or responsibilities as a leader or team member, my practical experience of leading  cross-domain teams from small to several thousand people should provide useful direction and thought provoking work to help you raise your game. I've won awards for improving individual and organisational performance and creating and developing new teams and services - I want to assist you in reaching your maximum leadership potential too.

The aim of this blog is to provide you with bite size chunks of ideas, thoughts and information to assist you to be a better leader and mentor.  Key to being a good leader is having a good grasp of a broad range of subjects. You therefore need to be inquisitive and also take a proactive attitude to lifelong learning.
